Based within The Palms shopping centre is the Shirley Service Centre and Library.
Shirley Library
The Shirley Library offers a modern relaxed environment where you have an extensive range of books, music, DVD’ and access to the internet and copying facilities.  Toddlers and parents love the Shirley Library’s weekly Baby Time and Story Time book reading sessions.

              Sat – Sun 10am – 4pm
Baby Time Book Reading:  Tuesday 10.30am
Story Time Book Reading: Thursday 10.30am
