Welcome to The Palms Shopping Centre. There are a range of services design to enhance your shopping experience at The Palms Shopping Centre. The Customer Services team at the Customer Service Kiosk are happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to the centre, and can be contacted during the centre's trading hours on phone: 03 385 3067. The Customer Services Kiosk is located at the South West Entrance, near Paperplus.

Monday to Wednesday, Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Thursday and Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays 10.00am - 6.00pm
Gift Vouchers
Stuck for a gift idea? ( Birthday, Wedding or Christmas present )Why not purchase a Palms Gift Voucher.
Gift vouchers can be purchased 7 days a week from the Customer Service / Ticketek Kiosk located outside Paperplus Books.
Gift vouchers are redeemable at all Palms Shoping Centre stores, excluding NZ Post (ask your friendly Customer Service representative) and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Available in denominations of $10, $20 and $50.

Wheelchairs
Simply book your wheelchair for easy transportation around the shopping centre - these are available at no charge.
Kiddikars and Prams
Recieve a complimentary McDonalds Apple Pie with every Kiddi Kar or Stroller hire.
Kiddi Kars are available for a small cost of $5 per hour
Strollers $2
Meridan Payments
You can pay your meridan power account at the customer service kiosk.
Parents Room / Mothers Room - If you need time out with the children, our lounge facilities allow you to do so in a relaxed environment.
Location: The corridor that is beside the foodcourt further down on the left hand side.
Including: Change stations, private feeding rooms, childrens toilets, TV and Microwave.
Parents with Prams Parking
Location: These are located on the ground level car park 3 out from out south west entrance and 2 out from our north west entrance.
Disability Parks
Location: 10 on the ground floor car park
19 on the middle level car park
2 on the roof top level car park

The Palms Shopping Centre has over 1450 carparks with 640 undercover.
5 Minute Car Parks
Express car parking for those quick shopping visits can be found on the ground level car park there are seven in total.
