Covid-19 - Orange

In line with New Zealand Government guidelines, from 11.59pm on Thursday 2nd December our region will move to the Orange setting in the new Traffic Light protection framework.

Customers and all staff are required to wear a mask in centre, and everyone is encouraged to check-in via the NZ Covid Tracer app.

The Palms has remained open throughout the Covid-19 pandemic to provide our community access to essential services such as supermarkets and pharmacies. This does not change in the new orange setting. The centre remains open for all customers to access essential services and general retail stores that are not using My Vaccine Pass settings.

As per Government guidelines, some stores, close contact businesses, restaurants, cafes and areas in the centre will request to sight or scan your My Vaccine Pass for entry. Stores may limit the number of customers in-store at any time for social distancing requirements.

The health and safety of everyone who visits our centre is our main priority and we will continue to follow Government guidelines and Health advice.

FOOD COURT

In the orange setting, contactless takeaway options can be enjoyed outside of the centre. The seating area in our food court will require My Vaccine Pass.

COMFORT SEATING

Please keep to your bubble and adhere to social distancing of 1m when using comfort seating. In the current setting, no food or drink can be consumed in these areas.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CENTRE MANAGEMENT

The Customer Service and The Palms Centre Management Team are here to help with any queries you may have. We ask that you please using the queuing system and be patient.
